Telehealth

Telehealth physical therapy uses technology to deliver an in-person experience at a distance. Our treatment approach remains the same, as we aim to identify and treat the root cause of the pain. We are able to treat a wide variety of conditions through telehealth.

All Telehealth visits include:

·      Education to provide a deep understanding of your pain and symptoms

·      A clear and detailed plan of how physical therapy will help you achieve an optimal outcome

·      Customized exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, and coordination – including clear and detailed instructions, photos, and videos to properly execute outside of therapy

·      Self-treatment techniques to immediately help reduce your pain and symptoms

·      Review of training plans to identify and correct “training errors” that can occur with running

·      Strategies to decrease future risk of re-injury

 

What you need:

·      A computer with internet access, camera, and microphone

·      An exercise mat (recommended, but not required)

·      A chair or bench
